Students classified as dependent on their FAFSA, and are unable to provide parental information due to parent refusal and/or lack of financial support can complete this form. Please be aware, the completion of this form is still extremely limiting to the student in terms of aid eligibility. However, it does provide an avenue to qualify for an unsubsidized loan to assist with school expenses.
