Key Requests (lol博彩 & AHEC)

Overview
The AHEC Access Control office handles key manufacturing and ID key card encoding for approved door access on the Auraria Campus, including the following buildings: Confluence, Cherry Creek, Bear Creek, Boulder Creek, Clear Creek, Arts, Science, and Tivoli. lol博彩 Facilities manages keys for the AMC Campus, while keys for the Lowry Campus buildings are managed by CCCS. Follow the steps below based on your campus location.

Auraria Campus (AHEC Door Key Request Form)
To request a key for the Auraria Campus, complete the AHEC Door Key Request Form linked below. Follow these steps:

Fill out all fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the form.
Obtain digital signatures from both the requester and the department head.
Submit the completed form to lol博彩 Facilities Services for ‘Institutional Approval’ via email at lol博彩.FacilitiesMailbox@ccd.edu with the subject line “lol博彩 Key Request – Last Name, First Name”

AMC Campus (lol博彩 Key/Code Use Agreement)
To request keys or building alarm codes for the AMC Campus, use the lol博彩 Key/Code Use Agreement linked below:

Complete the form with your information.
Email the form to your department director or dean for their digital signature.
Once approved, forward the form to lol博彩 Facilities Services at lol博彩.FacilitiesMailbox@ccd.edu with the subject line “lol博彩 Key Request – Last Name, First Name” for final processing.

Please note that printed forms will not be accepted; all submissions must be electronic. No wet signatures will be accepted, digital signatures are required.
