Parent PLUS Loan Application (in English)
Submit this form to the Financial Aid Office in order for your parent to borrow a loan on your behalf. The parent must be on your FAFSA and must complete a credit check at StudentLoans.gov.
The 2022 - 2023 application is valid for fall 2022 through spring/summer 2023.
